Willow Point Supportive Living Society

The Society was formed in 1993 to provide seniors with independent living accommodation that is safe and affordable with a strong community atmosphere.

Our complex is located at 100-142 Larwood Road in Campbell River, BC. It is within walking distance of all amenities. Stores in the area include a pharmacy, grocery store, gift shops, florist, convenience store, and bakery. Medical, dental, and optometry offices are situated within a couple blocks. The complex is on the public transit bus route and the handi-dart bus makes routine stops at the front door.

The waterfront is only a block away from Forde Apartments and the Seawalk is easily accessed.

Tenants must be:

• Age 50 plus
• competent and capable of making their own decisions and living independently
• mobile – either on foot or assisted by a walker or wheelchair
• responsible for (or able to arrange for assistance with) their own personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping

The Board of Directors and Manager foster a strong community atmosphere among the tenants. Along with this the residents have developed a supportive social network.
